Brikena Pilates works with expecting mothers throughout pregnancy and continuing into motherhood. Our program compliments the physical and physiological changes throughout all trimesters and promotes a balanced postpartum recovery. To maintain your safety, medical clearance is required prior to participating in Pilates pre- and post-natal programs.

“Tennis Elbow Injury”
