“Foot Injury”

Brikena was my introduction to Pilates. My interest was to rehabilitate a foot injury and to benefit from the exercises to strengthen my core. It was a great experience working with Brikena. She introduced me to the exercises, overseeing that I did each movement correctly and customizing each routine. My condition progressively has improved - thanks to Brikena's care and expertise! “Tennis Elbow Injury”

I met Brikena at the Physical Therapist office in NYC when I had a tennis elbow injury. She was the one who helped me get better and also the one who introduced Pilates to me. She explained that Pilates is so good to keep the body strong and healthy. After I recovered from my injury, I ended up taking up Pilates and have been hooked ever since and can’t live without it.
